Firstly I would like to thank Dr. Mathobela for her great work in restoring my skin. The staff has been awesome and very professional. Let me begin by saying I had mild to moderate scarring on my cheeks and had laser resurfacing done prior to starting with the treatment. Dermapen and the TCA pixel (micro-needling followed immediately by a chemical peel) procedure has really improved my skin significantly just after 3 treatments. The treatment was not painful, however, did have some redness and peeling of the skin afterward. There was minimal downtime and returned to work in 4 days after my treatment. I feel more confident with my skin now than ever and highly recommend this treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Mathobela for over a year now to have needling performed with the derma pen. I found her to be gentle, thorough and very professional. The procedure is not painful but at times can be slightly uncomfortable. However, the results are worth it. My skin has not looked this good since I was in my twenties. I constantly get compliments on the radiance of my skin. The pores are finer, lines around my eyes and mouth have softened, the texture of my skin is dewy and softer. I would definitely recommend the treatment and the Skinceuticals products which Dr. Mathobela uses on my skin.
